If you have an Android smartphone then there is news of your work. The launch timeline of Android 16 has been confirmed by tech giant Google. This means that very soon your smartphone running experience is going to change. Leaks have been coming out about Android 16 for the last several months and smartphone users have been eagerly waiting for it.
It has been officially confirmed by Google that Android 16 is coming soon. Recently, information regarding the rollout of the new Android update was shared in a developer blog. Google will launch the upcoming Android version in early 2025.
Android users will get the update soon.
If you don't know, let us tell you that every year Google releases a new Android software update in Q3 i.e. the first three months, or Q4 i.e. the first 4 months of the year. During this time, the company can introduce its new Android 16 to the users. However, it is believed that users can get its update even before Q3 or Q4.
In the post on the Android Developer Blog, it was shared that the company can roll out Android 16 in the second quarter of next year i.e. between April to June. Another minor update release will be released in Q4 2025, there will not be many major changes in it. Google can also change the scheduling with Android 16 this time. This can be done so that along with Pixel smartphones, other Android phones can also get the update of Android 16 as soon as possible.
