On the occasion of Eid-ul-Azha on Monday, June 17, 2024, banks are going to remain closed in most parts of the country like Belapur, Bengaluru, Agartala, Ahmedabad, Bhopal, Bhubaneswar, Hyderabad, Imphal, Chandigarh, Chennai, Guwahati, Jaipur, Itanagar, Jaipur, Jammu, Kanpur, Kochi, Kohima, Kolkata, Lucknow, Mumbai, Nagpur, New Delhi, Nagpur, Panaji, Raipur, Patna, Shillong, Shimla, Srinagar and Trivandrum.

Banks will remain closed in these cities on June 18

On June 18, 2024, due to Eid-ul-Azha i.e. Bakrid, there will be a holiday in the banks in Jammu and Srinagar of the country.

Banks will remain closed on these days in June 2024 also

22 June 2024- It is the fourth Saturday of the month, so banks will remain closed
across the country. 23 June 2024- Banks will remain closed across the country due to Sunday.
30 June 2024- Banks will remain closed due to Sunday.

Even after the bank is closed, customers can transfer money from one account to another through net banking and mobile banking. Money can also be transferred from one account to another through UPI. Apart from this, you can use an ATM to withdraw cash. These facilities will remain available even on bank holidays.
