Founder Karan Bhangay and his team manages the leisure time of busy yet affluent individuals who want to enjoy life's luxuries without hampering their value.

The lifestyle startup serves 1000 ultra-high-net-worth individuals (UHNIs) globally and manages their everyday tasks.

It prioritises client convenience, stress relief, and effective time management while specialising in exclusive access to Berlin clubs, acquiring sought-after items, securing reservations at popular restaurants, and planning unique experiences. They have also partnered with renowned brands like Hermes and Rolex.

Zerodha founders, Nikhil and Nitin Kamath, were their first clients, Indulge now caters to more than 1,000 high-net-worth individuals, 100 public figures, 200 industrialists, and 50 sports stars, with a combined net worth exceeding 1,000 crores.

"Notable personalities such as Tanmay Bhatt, Parinita, and Adarsh Narahari have praised our services. We primarily operate in Dubai, London, and India, serving clients in major cities like Delhi, Mumbai, and Bengaluru, and smaller cities like Bhopal, Ranchi, and Pune", Karan told Startup Pedia.

"Eight years ago, only one Jaguar car was in Hyderabad. Today, there are over 400 Jaguars, more Lamborghinis, Rolls-Royces, and an increased number of billionaires," says Karan, who serves as a concierge for the founders of Swiggy, Cred, Meesho, Licious, and Flipkart.

Karan told Startup Pedia that Indulge differs from a personal assistance company as the latter cannot arrange global experiences like getting Wimbledon tickets on short notice. Unlike personal assistants, Indulge Concierge is available 24/7 for 365 days.

Their onboarding process is also straightforward. Clients discuss their preferences, travel styles, services they might use, and important dates like birthdays and anniversaries. Indulge Concierge connects via WhatsApp, offering 24/7 availability. For an annual fee of Rs 4 lakh, the company ensures access to luxury and premium services.

Karan, who hails from a middle-class background is a 2008 college dropout who started a luxury products magazine, organised luxury product exhibitions, and eventually founded Indulge Concierge in 2023.

Karan describes Indulge's hiring process as unique, referring to his young team members as "genies" because they can make anything happen.
