Logistics company Ecom Express is reportedly in talks to raise Rs 350-400 crore in funding from existing investors at a valuation of over $1 billion.

According to the report, Existing investors, including Warburg Pincus, CDC Group, and Partners Group, are expected to invest in the company.

 

Founded in 2012 by the Late TA Krishnan, Manju Dhawan, K Satyanarayana, and Sanjeev Saxena, Ecom Express claims to have 3,000 delivery centres covering 9.6 million sq. ft. of space.

 

The logistics company delivers packages to 27,000 pin codes in 2,700 cities and towns across the country.
