"Hey Bhagwaan! Dushman de hazar but Net na de Jio ka," That's what a user said after Mukesh Ambani's Reliance Jio suffered a massive service outage across India.

The disruption left users unable to access popular applications such as WhatsApp, Instagram, X, Snapchat, YouTube, and Google.

According to Downdetector, 54% of the complaints are related to mobile internet connectivity issues.

Additionally, 38% of reported problems involve disruptions in Jio Fiber service, and 7% are related to difficulties with mobile networks.

Amid the service interruptions, frustrated Jio customers have taken to X to express their dissatisfaction.

One user humorously commented, "Hey Bhagwaan! Dushman de hazar but Net na de Jio ka." Another shared their practical difficulties:

"@reliancejio Your network is down for VPN connectivity across India? JioFiber...multiple company VPNs are unable to connect through JioFiber. Switched to a different provider to continue..pls check."

"What's up with Jio Fiber right now? Some sites are working and some aren't," a third asked.
