New Delhi: Indian stock market witnessed a huge decline in Thursday's session. The major benchmark index Sensex closed at 79218 level with a fall of 964 points on Thursday, while the Nifty index closed at 23951 level with a fall of 247 points. According to the data, due to today's fall, the total market cap of the companies listed on the BSE index has fallen by Rs 5.94 lakh crore.


Reasons for the decline

In fact, the meeting of the US Federal Reserve Bank is indicating that the US Federal Reserve will slow down the interest rate cuts in the year 2025. That is, interest rate cuts can be seen twice next year. Earlier it was expected that this cut could be in the number of 3 to 4. At present, this indication has spoiled the mood of the market of India including America. Due to which there has been a decline in the entire market.

Well, in the midst of today's declining environment, 4 midcap stocks of the Nifty 200 index have performed well against the market and touched their new all-time high level.

The first stock in the list is of BSE Limited. Which has touched its new all-time high level of Rs 5770 today. The share price has jumped 160% in 2024. Today the stock has closed at the level of Rs 5791 with a rise of 2 percent.

Coforge Shares

Coforge share has touched a new all-time high level of Rs 9672 today. The price of this IT share has increased by 55 percent in 2024. This stock has closed at the level of 9657 with a rise of 1.97 percent today.

Persistent Systems Share

IT stock Persistent Systems has also touched a new all-time high level of Rs 6612 today on the basis of good performance. On the basis of the year to date, the price of this stock has increased by 79 percent. Today the stock has closed at the level of Rs 6674 with a rise of 1.93 percent.

Indian hotels company shares

Tata Group's share of Indian Hotels Company has today touched its new all-time high level of Rs 886. In the year 2024, the price of this stock has jumped by 120 percent. Today this stock has closed at the level of Rs 880 with a slight decline of 0.6 percent.
