Baba Siddiqui Murder News: NCP leader Baba Siddiqui has been shot dead. According to the report, the miscreants fired three rounds of bullets at him, one of which hit his chest. He was admitted to the hospital for treatment, where he died. 

The firing happened near their son's office.

According to sources, Zeeshan Siddiqui, son of NCP (Ajit faction) leader Baba Siddiqui in Maharashtra, has an office at Kherwadi Sign in Bandra East. Unknown people fired 3 rounds at Baba Siddiqui near the same office. After this, the attackers fled from the spot. He was admitted to the nearby Lilavati Hospital for treatment, however, he could not be saved. Sources say that the police later caught 2 suspects in this attack.  

Heavy police deployment in the area

After receiving information about the firing of his party leader, Maharashtra Deputy CM Ajit Pawar called the hospital and asked the doctors about his condition. Many leaders of his party reached the hospital to find out about Baba Siddiqui's condition. The atmosphere has become tense after the news of his death. Given the possibility of the situation worsening, heavy police force is being deployed in the area. 

Two accused have been arrested- CM Shinde.

CM Eknath Shinde said that two accused have been arrested in this murder, while the search for one accused is on. Both the arrested accused are shooters from UP-Haryana. The accused in this case will be tried in a fast-track court. He appealed to the people of Mumbai to maintain peace. According to sources, UP STF and Haryana Police's CIA have been contacted in search of the absconding accused, Mumbai Police Crime Branch is investigating this entire case.

Delhi Police is also investigating.

In the Baba Siddiqui firing case in Mumbai, the CI unit of the Special Cell of Delhi Police, i.e. Counter Intelligence Unit has also started investigating. The Special Cell will share its inputs with the Mumbai Police. The Special Cell has activated its sources in the underworld. It has also started investigating the records of people associated with the crime syndicate.

Politics has begun

Politics has started in Mumbai over the murder of Baba Siddiqui. Shiv Sena (Uddhav Thackeray faction) spokesperson Anand Dubey attacked the Mahayuti government and said, 'When the former MLAs of the ruling party are not safe in the state capital, then how will the government protect the common people? If the government is not able to keep its leaders safe, then Deputy CM Devendra Fadnavis should resign. He has no right to be the Home Minister of the state.'
