Lucknow: Two youths who were drinking alcohol near the house of Kasta MLA Saurabh Singh Sonu of Lakhimpur Kheri opened fire on him. The BJP MLA escaped narrowly in this firing. The police was informed about the firing. The police reached the spot and are busy scanning the nearby CCTVs. At present, both the youths have not been identified yet. The incident is of Shiv Colony of Sadar Kotwali area of Lakhimpur Kheri, where Kasta MLA Saurabh Singh lives.
The MLA had gone out for a night walk with his wife
Late night when he went for a walk after dinner with his wife, he saw that two youths were drinking alcohol at a distance of about 100 meters from his house. When he stopped the drunkards, both of them started arguing with him and fled from the spot while firing in the air. MLA Saurabh Singh Sonu informed the police about the firing. The police reached the spot and are searching for the accused by scanning the CCTV cameras installed nearby. At present, the accused have not been identified yet. The MLA told about the attempt to murder him.

Two boys were drinking alcohol at a distance of about 100 meters from the house. When he stopped them, they started fighting.
