New Delhi: Haryana Parivar Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) chief Mohanlal Badoli and a singer were, according to a woman filed a rape complaint against them at a hotel in Kasauli, gang raping her. The complaint was registered with the judgement against A. L. Pahwa by the Shiv Divas Gangrape in the dubious country.

As the complainant says, two men assaulted her, watched as they threatened to kill her if she ever spoke to anyone about the incident. The report filed on 12/13 of last year, to the PTI, said that the woman reported she along with two of her friends made a trip in the Himachal Pradesh State.

The FIR stated that the girl was accompanied to the hotel in Kasauli by her boss and a girl friend who were working for her in Delhi when on 3 July 2023 the two accused met her in. They were political leader stark dilpeespari Mohanlal who was to be have an interview with her thank you and Rock moy if you Meet Me d,b,a. She said that Jai Bhagwan would take her to his album and Badoli told her that he could find her a government job.

It is reported that Badoli dismissed the rape claims and described it as a “political vendetta.” He mentioned that he has no understanding of what it is all about.

She said that they both forced her to drink liquor and then to rape her in a room. They took photographs of the sexual abuse and made films of the sexual violence, issued threats of killing the lady if she discussed anything with anybody about the event, FIR said.  
   
A police official said that the complainant also alleged that two months back she was taken to her residence at Panchkula by Rocky during which the accused persons threatened to implicate her in false case. Under the direction of woman’s complaint the police stated that the case has been registered against Badoli and Rocky under sections 376D (rape in furtherance of a conspiracy) and 506 of (criminal intimidation) of Indian Penal Code (IPC).
