New Delhi: Today is the 20th day of the winter session of Parliament. BJP and the opposition are face to face on the Ambedkar issue in Parliament. Opposition parties are constantly attacking the BJP over Amit Shah's comment on Ambedkar. Congress says that Mallikarjun Kharge and Priyanka Gandhi, who were protesting at the Makar Dwar of Parliament against the insult of Baba Saheb Ambedkar, were pushed by BJP MPs. BJP MP Pratap Sarangi alleged, "Rahul Gandhi pushed him during the protest. He got hurt due to this." The proceedings of the Lok Sabha have been adjourned till 2 pm due to the uproar in the Parliament.

BJP MP Pratap Chandra Sarangi said, “Rahul Gandhi pushed an MP who fell on me after which I fell down… I was standing near the stairs when Rahul Gandhi came and pushed an MP who fell on me…”

Opposition MPs climb the wall

Amid the ongoing uproar in Parliament, India Alliance MPs climbed the wall of Makar Dwar of Parliament House and protested with placards and demanded an apology and resignation from Union Home Minister Amit Shah for his remarks on Babasaheb Ambedkar in the Rajya Sabha.
