If you are interested in working in a bank, then this news will prove to be very beneficial for you. State Bank of India (SBI) has released a notification for the recruitment of Junior Associates (JA). Interested candidates can check the notification by visiting the official website. However, the application process for this has not been started yet. Once started, candidates will be able to apply by visiting the official website sbi.co.in. 

When will the applications start 

According to the notification issued, candidates will be able to apply for this recruitment from 17 December which will run till 7 January 2025. Interested candidates should apply before the last date. 

Vacancy Details

As per the SBI JA Notification 2024, 13,735 posts will be recruited. 

Eligibility Criteria

Candidates can understand the eligibility criteria through the points given below. 

  • Candidates who have completed graduation in any discipline from a recognised university or any equivalent qualification recognised by the Central Government are eligible to apply. Candidates with Integrated Dual Degree (IDD) certificate must ensure that the date of passing the IDD is on or before December 31, 2024.
  • Those who are in the final year or semester of their graduation can also apply provisionally subject to the condition that if provisionally selected, they will have to produce proof of having passed the graduation examination on or before December 31, 2024.
  • As per the age limit criteria, the candidate should not be less than 20 years and not more than 28 years of age as on April 1, 2024, the candidate should not have been born before April 2, 1996 and after April 1, 2004.

How much application fee will have to be paid? 

Candidates have to pay the application fee for this recruitment. To apply, General, Other Backward Classes (OBC) and Economically Weaker Sections (EWS) applicants have to pay Rs 750. Other candidates are exempted from paying the registration fee.
