New Delhi. Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Friday, January 3, launched BJP's election campaign for the Delhi Assembly elections. During this, PM Modi attacked the AAP government fiercely while addressing a big election rally in Ashok Vihar.
Prime Minister Modi called the AAP government a disaster government. He said that people who call themselves staunchly honest are in power today. These people themselves are accused of liquor scam. They first steal and then boast about it.
5 big things of PM Modi's speech ...
1) Delhi has been facing disaster for 10 years
PM Modi said that Delhi has been surrounded by a big disaster for the last 10 years. By putting Anna Hazare ji in the forefront, some bigoted dishonest people pushed our Delhi into disaster. They did scams in liquor shops. They did scams in children's schools. They did scams in the treatment of the poor. They also did scams in fighting pollution.
2) They do not even allow the Ayushman Yojana to be implemented
Addressing the rally, Prime Minister Narendra Modi said that the Central Government has set up 500 Jan Aushadhi Kendras in Delhi. Here, a medicine worth Rs 100 is available for Rs 15. We want that the people of Delhi should also take advantage of the Ayushman Yojana, but this disaster-hit government is not allowing the Ayushman Yojana to be implemented. Because of this, the people of Delhi are facing losses today.
3) No one is ashamed of the condition of Yamuna
Prime Minister Modi has also targeted the Aam Aadmi Party government over the pollution of Yamuna. He said that Delhi is the capital of the country. All the works that are costly here are the responsibility of the central government. Here the center is building everything - roads, metro, hospitals, college campuses. But the disaster government of Delhi has put a brake on development work. I asked people how was Chhath Puja this time, to which people said that the condition of Yamuna ji is such that we did the puja somehow. Look at the shamelessness of these disaster government people, they are not even ashamed.
4) If I wanted, I could have built a glass palace too…
PM Modi also cornered the AAP government over Delhi's CM residence- 'Sheesh Mahal'. He said that in the past years, I have fulfilled the dreams of more than 4 crore poor people of the country by giving them permanent houses. If I wanted, I could have built a Sheesh Mahal for myself. But my dream is that my countrymen should get permanent houses.
5) Now this disaster government has to be removed
PM Modi said that now the people of Delhi have decided that they will not stop this disaster until they remove the government from power. Today every street of Delhi is saying that they will not tolerate the disaster, they will change it. During this, PM Modi gave a slogan for the Delhi Assembly elections - disaster has to be removed, BJP has to be brought.
Let us tell you that Prime Minister Narendra Modi did not take the name of AAP supremo Arvind Kejriwal in his election speech, but most of his attacks were on Kejriwal. After a long time, PM Modi has been seen attacking the Aam Aadmi Party and its chief in this way. It is known that PM Modi was not very active in the 2020 Delhi Assembly elections. The last time the PM cornered AAP in this way was in the 2015 elections.
