According to the vacancy details
notification (No. HO/HRM/RECR/2024-25/COM-19), a total of 544 apprentice posts are to be recruited in the bank. Out of these, the maximum 85 vacancies are for West Bengal. At the same time, there are 47 vacancies for Uttar Pradesh and 44 for Odisha. 

Apply by this date
UCO Bank has started the application process with the release of recruitment notification. The last date to apply for these posts has been fixed as 16 July 2024.

Eligibility required for application
According to the recruitment notification issued by UCO Bank, candidates applying for recruitment to apprentice posts must be graduates. Holders of a bachelor's degree in any subject from a recognized university or any other higher education institute are eligible to apply for this. 

Age Limit:
Candidates should be at least 20 years of age as of 1st July 2024. At the same time, the maximum age limit has been fixed at 28 years. However, candidates belonging to reserved categories like SC, ST, OBC, and PwBD will be given relaxation in the upper age limit as per government rules.

Monthly stipend
The duration of this training will be of one year. During this period, the apprentice will be paid a monthly stipend of Rs 15,000. Apart from this, the apprentice is not eligible for any other allowance/benefit. According to the notification, UCO Bank will pay Rs 10,500 to the account of the apprentice. Out of the monthly stipend, Rs 4,500 will be given directly to the trainee.
